When Something Happens at Work, Your People Need More Than Time Off

Critical incidents (accidents, sudden loss, violence, traumatic events) don't just affect the individuals involved. They ripple through teams, affect productivity, and leave lasting psychological damage if left unaddressed.

That's where Priscille comes in.

Bringing Evidence-Based Trauma Support Directly to Your Workplace

Priscille is a qualified EMDR therapist who works with organisations on-site following workplace incidents, providing immediate, professional psychological support to employees when they need it most.

She has worked with leading organisations, including a major British bank and national retailer Primark, providing critical incident response and trauma-informed support to staff at their premises.

What Is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a clinically proven, evidence-based therapy recognised by both the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the NHS.

Unlike traditional talking therapies, EMDR doesn't require employees to recount distressing events in detail verbally, making it particularly appropriate in sensitive workplace settings where confidentiality and discretion matter.

Using a structured process of bilateral stimulation (gentle eye movements or tapping), EMDR helps the brain naturally reprocess traumatic memories, significantly reducing their emotional impact. Improvements are often seen within just a few sessions.

It is used to treat:

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

  • Acute stress following critical incidents

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Depression linked to distressing experiences

  • Phobias and more

Why Invest in On-Site Trauma Support?

Ignoring the psychological aftermath of a workplace incident carries real costs:

  • Increased absenteeism and long-term sick leave

  • Reduced team cohesion and morale

  • Risk of staff turnover

  • Potential reputational and legal exposure

Bringing in qualified trauma support quickly demonstrates a genuine duty of care to your workforce. And it works!

How It Works

Priscille visits your premises following a critical incident or as part of an ongoing workplace wellbeing programme. Sessions typically run 60–90 minutes and can be scheduled individually or across a team.

There is no requirement for employees to share details they're uncomfortable with. The approach is discreet, professional, and tailored to your organisation's needs.
